VANCOUVER, BC - TheNewswire - April 22, 2022 - BQE Water Inc. (TSXV:BQE) (" BQE Water " or the " Company ) , a leader in the treatment and management of mine impacted waters , is granting an aggregate of 52,500 stock options to directors, officers and employees of the Company, with an exercise price of $30.00 per stock option and an expiry date of April 22, 2027.

These stock options are governed by the terms and conditions of the Company's stock option plan and will vest 1/3 one year after the grant date, 1/3 two years after the grant date, and the remaining 1/3 three years after the grant date.

Following this stock option grant, the Company will have a total of 102,640 stock options outstanding, representing approximately 8.2% of the outstanding common shares of the Company. This stock option grant is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Ex change.
