(TSXV:BQE) (OTC:BTQNF) , a leader in the treatment and management of mine impacted waters, will host its Annual General and Special Meeting for shareholders as noted below. The Management Information Circular outlining the meeting resolutions and Director Nominees will be mailed to all shareholders of record as of July 20, 2022.

However, considering ongoing concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19 , the Company respectfully asks its shareholders to refrain from attending the Meeting in person. As such, shareholders can participate in the Meeting by proxy or by voting in advance of the Meeting using the voting instruction form or the form of proxy mailed to them with the Management Information Circular.

Shareholders who wish to hear the proceedings of the Meeting without attending in person may join the Meeting by web conferencing via Microsoft Teams using the web link: https://bit.ly/BQEAGM2022 . Shareholders who join the web conference will be able to listen to the proceedings of the Meeting, but will not be able to participate, vote or ask questions, as shareholders joining online will be muted for the duration of the Meeting.
