The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 14,649,360 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $732,468.

Number of creditors:  11 creditors

Aggregate non-arm's-length party involvement:   four creditors, $444,158.53, five cents per share, 8,883,170 shares

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
