The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that WSP Global Inc. will list an additional 2,636,000 common shares at the open on Aug. 16, 2022. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $151.75 per share, pursuant to the terms of a prospectus supplement dated Aug. 10, 2022.
