ACL CONSTRUCTION RENEWS QUALIFIED VENDOR STANDING OFFER WITH BC ENERGY REGULATOR FOR FOURTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

A.C.L. Construction Ltd. has renewed its Qualified Vendor Standing Offer (QVSO) with the BC Energy Regulator (BCER) for reclamation and remediation services under the orphan well program, effective through March 31, 2027.

While the standing offer does not carry a contractual minimum commitment, the company has realized historic annual revenues ranging up to $2-million in previous years through project awards under this program. This renewal marks the fourth consecutive year of A.C.L. working with the BCER on critical orphan well remediation and reclamation initiatives across British Columbia's oil and gas industry.
