APPLIED GRAPHITE BOARD OF DIRECTORS UPDATE

Applied Graphite Technologies Corp. has made changes to its board of directors. Ian Harris, Jay Sujir and Chaanaka Abeyratne have tendered their resignations from the board and are no longer directors, effective immediately. The company thanks the former directors for their service and support to Applied Graphite. Mr. Abeyratne remains country manager for Sri Lanka.

Applied Graphite's board of directors now consists of Ian Slater (chairman and chief executive officer), Don Baxter and Lindsay Nagle.
