COPPER GIANT ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT

Copper Giant Resources Corp. has granted an aggregate of 8,650,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company as well as investor relations personnel. The options are exercisable at a price of 94 cents per share, vesting immediately (subject to those options granted to investor relations personnel), and expire on March 11, 2036, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The 250,000 options granted to investor relations personnel will vest on a quarterly basis over a 12-month period in tranches of 25 per cent each per the requirements of the TSX-V.
