The contract, which is now officially signed and effective, has a value of approximately USD 106.5 million, inclusive of tax, subject to the purchaser's inspection and acceptance of the computing power equipment.
This new contract marks another significant breakthrough in CIMG's computing power business segment and is expected to contribute to sustained, stable revenue and cash flow for the Company.
