BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS / ACCESS Newswire / September 14, 2025 / American Heritage International, Inc. (OTC:AHII) today announced the signing of a Heads of Agreement on September 5, 2025, with Freightmaster Semi-Trailers Pty Ltd to acquire the Australian Original Equipment Manufacturer.

Freightmaster has been manufacturing heavy transport equipment since the early 1990's including road train dollies, chassis tippers, drop deck trailers, flat top trailers, tautliner (curtain sider) trailers, skel trailers, aluminum tippers with a focused expertise in B-double and Road Train configurations.

As disclosed August 8, 2025, AHII launched a research and development initiative focused on building the critical rolling stock for Roadships operations - including the Wombat ship unloader, multi-use trailers, and modular shore ramps. These systems will be designed to integrate seamlessly with the vessel network and expand rapidly into both civilian and defense logistics environments.

The vast nature of the Australian landscape created the development of road trains of various configurations and AHII sees the experience of Freightmaster equipment allowing for the adding of a further initiative focused on "land bridging".

The efficiency base model for Roadships "in port time" of loading 11 trailers at a time opens, the consideration of on road end use between specific suitable freight corridor hubs. Freightmaster, as an established Original Equipment Manufacturer, is slated to form the base and brand for rolling stock with the intent of manufacturing the Freightmaster brand in the USA.
