Brossard, Québec - TheNewswire - December 22, 2025 — Windfall Geotek Inc. (CSE: WIN; OTCQB: WINKF) ("Windfall" or the "Company"), a pioneer in Artificial Intelligence (AI) - driven mineral exploration since 2005, is pleased to announce the identification of 11 high-priority zinc targets within the Chibougamau mining camp region of Québec for Tomagold (TSXV: LOT; OTCPK: TOGOF)

Using its proprietary AI System in combination with a strong historical exploration database provided by Tomagold geologists and publicly data available from SIGEOM database (MRN, Quebec), covering approximately 1,263.98 km², Windfall identified 11 zinc targets located on claims owned by Tomagold, along with other gold, copper and silver grassroots targets.

Windfall’s AI System analyzed more than 112,704 historical zinc-copper-gold-silver bearing assays using advanced machine-learning algorithms designed to recognize geological patterns and contexts associated with mineralization. In total, approximately 505,755 cells measuring 50m x 50m were evaluated, enabling the Company to reduce the effective exploration search area by up to 98–99%. This data-driven approach significantly decreases exploration time and costs when compared to traditional exploration methodologies.

In December 2025, Tomagold completed field investigations and a drilling campaign targeting areas of interest identified through a combination of geological interpretation from Jean Lafleur, senior geologist, historical drilling results, induced polarization (IP) anomalies, local expertise from long-time Chibougamau-based geologist Patrick Houle, and Windfall’s AI-generated targets.

Several mineralized zones remain open in all directions, and the fieldwork program is expected to continue over the coming weeks on additional AI-generated targets. Based on the initial results, the Company is highly confident in the potential to identify further mineral showings through the continued application of its digital exploration methodology.

Michel Fontaine, President and Chief Executive Officer of Windfall Geotek, commented:“After more than 20 years of developing and applying our AI System, the results continue to speak for themselves. By leveraging historical geological data, geophysical conductors, and advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms, Tomagold geologists are able to focus exploration efforts on the most prospective areas. Artificial intelligence is not a replacement for geologists; rather, it is a powerful decision-support tool that enhances their ability to identify and prioritize high-potential targets. Our technology has been rigorously field-tested and has demonstrated its effectiveness in both grassroots and advanced-stage exploration projects.”

By integrating geophysical data, topography, geological interpretation, and high-performance computing, Windfall’s AI System identifies patterns that differentiate positive from negative assay results, enabling more efficient and informed mineral exploration decisions.
