Partnership Integrates Usio's Embedded Payment Capabilities into Harris' Utility CIS Platform

Utilities Gain Access to Modern, Flexible Payment Options Across Virtually All Payment Channels

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Usio, Inc. ("Usio" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: USIO), a leading FinTech company that operates a full stack of integrated, cloud-based electronic payment and embedded financial solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with Harris Computer Corporation (Harris), a globally recognized provider of advanced enterprise software solutions, including billing and customer information systems for the utility industry.

Under the agreement, Harris has designated Usio as a ‘Preferred Payments Services Provider’ and will integrate Usio’s payment technology into its utility customer information system (CIS) platform. Utilities implementing Harris’s payment module will have their payment processing powered by Usio, enabling them to offer consumers a complete range of payment options, including credit and debit cards, ACH, and pinless debit. In addition, Usio will provide Harris’ customers with physical check and statement printing and distribution, prepaid card escheatment services, and other payment capabilities.

This agreement establishes a foundation for continued collaboration and innovation.
