ARCHON ADOPTS SEMI-ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTING AND APPOINTS DIRECTOR
October 5, 2026 Vancouver, British Columbia TSX.V: ACS
Archon Minerals Limited ("Archon" or the "Company") announces that it will move to semi-annual
financial reporting as permitted by Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual
Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers (the "Blanket Order"). By adopting semi-annual financial reporting,
the Company aims to reduce the administrative and financial burden associated with quarterly reporting.
Under the Blanket Order, Archon will be exempt from filing interim financial reports and related
management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A") for its first and third quarters. Accordingly, Archon will
not file interim financial statements and related MD&A for the three-month period ending August 31, 2026
and the nine-month period ended February 28, 2027.
The Company further announces that it has appointed Melody Yiu to the board of directors. Ms. Yiu
is a corporate and securities lawyer with considerable knowledge of the mining industry, with over a
decade's experience with the Ekati diamond mine in particular. She was previously a director of Archon
from 2023 to 2025.
This news release is being filed pursuant to the Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to
