The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  6,715,369

Original expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 5, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  June 5, 2027

Exercise price of warrants:  40 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 6,715,369 common shares with 6,715,369 common share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Feb. 19, 2025.
