ADVANTEX ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO DEBENTURES

Advantex Marketing International Inc. has obtained requisite approval from holders of its 9 per cent senior secured non-convertible debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $7,759,000 and maturing Dec. 31, 2025, to defer the interest due in March, 2026, where the deferred interest shall be paid in one instalment along with the regularly scheduled interest payments due over the remaining term of the debentures, and to reset debenture financial covenants for the quarter ending March 31, 2026, and June 30, 2026.
