AGI ANNOUNCES REVISED DATE FOR THIRD QUARTER 2025 RESULTS RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL

Ag Growth International Inc. has revised the timing of the upcoming conference call to discuss its results for the three months ending Sept. 30, 2025, to Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, at 8 a.m. ET. A news release announcing Ag Growth's results will be issued before the call.

The company's auditor requires additional time to complete its customary quarterly review processes on its significantly increased international revenue which prompted the change in release timing.
