AJN RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

AJN Resources Inc. has granted an aggregate of 500,000 incentive stock options to two of its directors, in accordance with AJN's omnibus equity incentive compensation plan. These options have a two-year term and an exercise price of 15 cents per common share, and vest immediately.
