ALASKA HYDRO ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Michael Hoole has resigned from Alaska Hydro Corp.'s board of directors, effective June 30, 2026. Alaska Hydro thanks Mr. Hoole for his valued service and wishes him the best in his retirement. Mr. Hoole has been a strong director and will be engaged as an adviser. Alaska Hydro is developing a 75-megawatt hydroelectric storage dam in northwestern British Columbia. The company is currently soliciting interest from potential customers who are not able to get long-term electricity contracts from BC Hydro. This is of particular interest to crypto miners, data centres and AI (artificial intelligence) processors.
