ALPHA COPPER EXTENDS NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Alpha Copper Corp. will extend its continuing non-brokered private placement of up to 4.7 million units of the company at a price of 13 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $611,000 to Aug. 12, 2024.
