The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation of Margaux Real Estate Investment Trust relating to the arm's-length acquisition of a self-storage property, located in Saint-Basile-le-Grand in Quebec.

Consideration:  on closing, $12-million cash and 384,616 trust units
