Alithya Group Inc. has acquired certain assets of Project Technologies Group Inc. (PTG) and welcomed its team members to Alithya. The addition strengthens Alithya's Oracle Primavera Cloud capabilities and expands its ability to serve clients in engineering, construction and other project-centric industries.

The PTG team brings more than 40 years of Primavera solutions experience as a dedicated Oracle Primavera Cloud partner. Its expertise spans implementation, training, and enablement across schedulling, resource and risk management, and portfolio and capital planning. By helping clients manage complex, capital-intensive projects, PTG supports effective schedule and budget management.

Together, these capabilities strengthen Alithya's established enterprise project portfolio management practice, enabling the company to deliver end-to-end services across the full project life cycle.
