ANDINA COPPER CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Andina Copper Corp. has issued a total of 7.55 million shares at a price of 40 cents per share under the private placement detailed in an Oct. 10, 2025, news release for gross proceeds of $3.02-million.

In connection with the offering, the company paid aggregate finders' fees of $24,000.
