The acquisition also provides the company with a tangible real estate asset while supporting Anonymous's longer-term operational objectives. Through his established business connections in Alberta, Denis Franks, chief executive officer of Anonymous, identified and negotiated the acquisition of the property for $250,000, compared with its most recent tax-assessed value of $346,000. Located in the heart of downtown Calgary, the property comprises multiple spacious offices, a large boardroom and a reception area.
