Global Compliance Applications Corp. has expanded its partnership with Emtri Corp., enhancing blockchain and data-tracking services for cannabis cultivators in California's booming cannabis market.

Under the updated terms, Emtri will now pay Global Compliance Applications 35 U.S. cents per gram for tracking, tokenizing and couponing cannabis cultivated on Global Compliance Applications' Efixii blockchain platform. This expanded fee structure is a key component of the newly adopted Emtri Cannabis Commodities Formula (CCF), a comprehensive blockchain-driven model that incentivizes quality production, enhances supply chain transparency and boosts consumer engagement through NFTs (non-fungible tokens).

Supporting quality production and supply chain transparency

The Cannabis Commodities Formula (CCF) establishes a tokenized incentive system for cultivators and distributors, rewarding them with EMT tokens throughout the production process. Cultivators meeting minimum production thresholds per batch earn tokens that help cover production costs and provide additional income through royalties on packaged products, aligning with Emtri's commitment to a sustainable, high-quality cannabis supply chain. Currently, approximately 100,000 grams of cannabis are under cultivation and tracked through the Efixii platform, with a target of five million grams tracked and tokenized by the end of 2025.

The increased fee from Emtri supports the creation and hosting of Uplift NFT coupons on the Efixii platform, where each gram is tracked and tokenized. As part of the Emtri Agency, this blockchain-powered transparency builds consumer trust by ensuring traceability from cultivation through to retail while digital couponing strengthens brand loyalty.

Driving consumer engagement and market growth

At the distribution and retail stages, distributors benefit from EMT token rewards, supported by a buyback program designed to stabilize token value and encourage long-term engagement. Consumers gain access to Uplift NFT couponing through the Efixii app, providing a transparent and premium experience that enhances the value of the products they purchase.
