ARCPOINT ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBER

David Keys has resigned as a member of Arcpoint Inc.'s board of directors effective Sept. 14, 2026, in order to devote more time to his other director obligations with other issuers. The company thanks Mr. Keys for his service and contributions, and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

Following Mr. Keys' resignation, the company's board of directors consists of Zelong (Roger) He, John Constantine and Adam Ho. The company is taking steps to identify and appoint additional qualified directors to the company's board of directors.
