AECON UTILITIES COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF HIGH-VOLTAGE TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND METERING SOLUTIONS CONTRACTOR KPC

Aecon Group Inc.'s subsidiary, Aecon Utilities Group Inc., has completed the previously announced acquisition of KPC Power Electrical Ltd. and KPC Energy Metering Solutions Ltd. (collectively, KPC).
