ZERONOX UPDATE ON BUSINESS

Armada Mercantile Ltd., through its 7-per-cent ownership portfolio company Zero Nox Inc. (Zeronox), has highlighted the following business and newsletter update:

• Zeronox has received its third California Air Resources Board (CARB) executive order covering the Zeronox EV (electric vehicle) retrofit kit for Class 8 vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks and transit buses.
• Zeronox completed manufacturer eligibility with California HVIP (Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project) for ZEPP EV retrofit kit for Class 2 to Class 8 commercial vehicles under Zeronox's existing CARB executive orders, B-96 and B-96-1.
• Zeronox and TREDC (Tule River Economic Development Corp.) completed the conversion and range testing of the Pleasant View School District's school bus. The Zeronox engineering team will shift its focus to the next vehicles in the TREDC pilot program: a Class 8 semi-truck designed for premier trailer and a Ford E-450 paratransit vehicle.
• Zeronox saw renewed momentum in its partnership with the Jospong Group in Ghana working toward the first phase of deployments of 40 garbage truck electrification vehicles.
