FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Asep Medical Announces $1 million Secured Loan Facility

VANCOUVER, BC, October 8, 2026 - Asep Medical Holdings Inc. ("Asep" or the "Company") (CSE: ASEP) (OTCQB:SEPSF) (FSE: JJ8) announces that it has entered into a loan facility agreement dated October 8, 2026 (the "Loan Agreement"), with an arm's length private lender (the "Lender") in respect of a non-revolving term loan facility in the principal amount of US$1 million (the "Facility"). The proceeds of the Facility will be used to fund the Company's short-term working-capital requirements, ordinary-course operating expenses and general corporate purposes.

The Facility will be advanced partially or fully no later than five (5) days following written request and will mature twenty-four (24) months from the execution of the Facility (the "Maturity Date"), subject to earlier acceleration following the occurrence and continuation of an event of default. The Facility will bear interest at a rate of 12% per annum. The Company may voluntarily prepay the Facility and all accrued interest, in whole or in part any time prior to the Maturity Date. The Facility is secured against a general security over all present and after-acquired personal property of the Company, including accounts, equipment, inventory, cash, contractual rights, intellectual property and all proceeds thereof.

No securities of the Company will be issued in connection with the Facility, and no finder's fee, commission or loan bonus is payable.

The advance of funds under the Facility remains subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent contained in the Loan Agreement, and acceptance of the Canadian Securities Exchange, to the extent required. Closing of the Facility is expected to occur on Friday, October 9, 2026.
