Asiatel Outsourcing Files Amended Financial Statements of Asiatel Outsourcing Ltd. for the Three Months Ended March 31, 2026

August 10, 2026, Vancouver, BC - Asiatel Outsourcing Inc. ("Asiatel", or the "Company") (TSXV: ATOI), a Philippine based business process outsourcing and knowledge process outsourcing company, announces that it has filed amended financial statements of its subsidiary, Asiatel Outsourcing Ltd. ("AOL"), for the three months ended March 31, 2026. Financial statements of AOL for the three months ended March 31, 2026 were previously filed on July 9, 2026 as part of the Company's post-Qualifying Transaction financial statement filing obligations under National Instrument 51-102. The original AOL financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2026 did not contain comparative figures for the three months ended March 31, 2025. The amended AOL financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2026 contain comparative figures for the three months ended March 31, 2025. Other than the addition of these comparative figures, there were no changes to the March 31, 2026 AOL financial statements originally filed on SEDAR+.
