The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an agreement dated April 9, 2025, between Atomic Minerals Corp. and an arm's-length party. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in two mineral claims totalling approximately 5,355 hectares, located in the province of Saskatchewan, known as the Mozzie Lake project. By way of consideration, the company will make a $50,000 cash payment and issue a total of 5.5 million common shares to the vendor at a deemed price of 2.5 cents. The property is subject to a 3-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty in favour of the royalty holder and the issuer has an option to purchase the NSR royalty at any time by issuing 5.5 million common shares.
