A2GOLD LISTS ON BORSE FRANKFURT

A2 Gold Corp.'s common shares have commenced trading on the Borse Frankfurt under ticker RR7, ISIN: CA0500591049, providing a euro-denominated access point for European investors. The company will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under AUAU and on the OTC market under AUXXF.

Compensation securities

The company has granted 565,000 stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the company. The stock options are exercisable at 85 cents, vest over a one-year period and expire five years from the date of grant.

The company has also granted 1.12 million restricted stock units to directors, officers and consultants of the company. The RSUs will vest over a two-year period and expire on Dec. 31, 2029.
