1911 GOLD FILES NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT FOR THE OGAMA-ROCKLAND GOLD PROJECT UPDATED MINERAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE

Following the release of an updated underground mineral resource estimate for the Ogama-Rockland gold project on Aug. 11, 2026, 1911 Gold Corp. has filed the National Instrument 43-101 technical report for the 100-per-cent-owned project, located in southeastern Manitoba, Canada.

Ogama-Rockland highlights:

  • Ogama-Rockland is a high-priority regional target, located within the southeastern portion of the company's land package, 45 kilometres trucking distance by road to the True North mill;
  • The underground 2026 MRE defined for the Ogama-Rockland gold project is reported from stopes designed using Deswick minable shape optimizer at 2.50 grams per tonne gold proposed economic cut-off grade;
  • Inferred mineral resource of 3,314,000 tonnes of 6.68 g/t Au containing 712,000 ounces Au;
  • The 2026 MRE highlights areas for potential resource growth with additional drilling, with expansion potential downdip and along strike within the modelled veins;
  • Exploration upside also includes gaps within the current resource envelope with the potential to add resources;
  • Additional drilling is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026 to test the areas identified for potential resource expansion.

The technical report entitled "National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report for the Ogma-Rockland Gold Project, Southeast Manitoba, Canada," prepared by T. Maunula & Associates Consulting Inc. and 1911 Gold, is dated Sept. 24, 2026, with an effective date of Aug. 6, 2026, has been filed on SEDAR+ and is also available on the company's website.

The updated Ogama-Rockland technical report for the 2026 MRE was prepared by Tim Maunula, PGeo, of TMAC, and Roselyn Yeboah, PEng, of 1911 Gold, each of whom is considered a qualified person as defined in NI 43-101.
