AGEREH TECHNOLOGIES INC. ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT

Agereh Technologies Inc. has made the following changes to its board of directors and management.

James Plumptre has resigned as a director of the company, effective immediately on Sept. 16, 2026.

Rosemin Amlani has resigned as a director of the company, effective immediately on Sept. 16, 2026.

Ken Brizel has resigned as a director, chief executive officer and president of the company, effective Sept. 18, 2026.

Joanna Hampton has resigned as chief financial officer of the company, effective Sept. 18, 2026.

The company thanks each of the departing directors and officers for their contributions and service, and wishes them well in their future endeavours. The company will provide further updates regarding the composition of its board of directors and management team as appropriate.
