BLENDE SILVER CORP. WARRANT AMENDMENTS (CLARIFICATION)

Blende Silver Corp. has clarified the expiry dates on proposed warrant amendments as follows: 8,062,500 warrants exercisable at 20 cents set to expire Dec. 29, 2025, are repriced to 11 cents and extended to Dec. 28, 2026; similarly, 450,000 warrants exercisable at 20 cents set to expire Jan. 15, 2026, are repriced to 11 cents and extended to Jan. 14, 2027. The warrant amendments are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
