Tiger Financial lands 2,000 more POS orders

2026-10-07 17:02 ET - News Release

Mr. Rob Crocker reports

TIGER FINANCIAL SECURES ADDITIONAL 2,000 POS DEVICE ORDERS

Tiger Financial Services Inc. has secured signed purchase orders for an additional 2,000 point-of-sale (POS) devices for deployment across its merchant network in Vietnam. The orders were received through Tiger's licensed commercial bank partner and its independent sales organization (ISO) channel.

The latest orders follow the 1,000-device order announced on Sept. 29, 2026, bringing total new POS device orders secured by Tiger in Vietnam to 3,000 in just two weeks .

The devices are expected to be deployed across a broad range of merchant categories, including retail stores, restaurants and coffee shops, gas stations, and clinics, with deployment targeted for completion by the end of the first quarter of 2027.

The new orders provide further commercial momentum for Tiger's expansion in Vietnam and demonstrate activity across both of the company's complementary distribution channels. Tiger's licensed commercial bank partner provides access to established merchant relationships, while its ISO channel provides a direct merchant acquisition capability. Together, these channels give Tiger multiple avenues to expand its merchant footprint and grow its installed base without relying on a single source of demand.

Ben Aissa, chief executive officer of Tiger Financial Services, stated: "Securing 3,000 new POS device orders in just two weeks is a significant milestone for Tiger and a clear indication of the commercial momentum we are building in Vietnam. What is particularly encouraging is that these orders are coming through both sides of our distribution model -- our licensed banking partner and our own ISO network. That gives us multiple channels to reach merchants and creates a scalable foundation for continued expansion. Our priority now is execution: deploying these devices, growing our installed base and turning this momentum into additional orders and more merchant deployments." Mr. Ben Aissa added: "These orders are just the beginning. We are only getting started."

Tiger continues to focus on expanding its merchant footprint in Vietnam through its banking and ISO relationships, with the latest orders adding to the company's growing pipeline of POS deployments in the market.

In addition, Tiger is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 60,000 stock options to a consultant of the company. The options have an exercise price of 56 cents per share and an expiry date of five years from the date of grant. The options vested on the date of grant.
