BEAUMONT EXPLORATION CORP. ANNOUNCES ARRANGEMENT OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

July 9, 2026 - Beaumont Exploration Corp. (CSE-BEAU) (the "Company" or "Beaumont") is pleased to announce that it has arranged, subject to receipt of regulatory approval, a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") to raise total gross proceeds of up to $72,000 (the "Private Placement"). The Private Placement will consist of the sale of up to 430,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.12 per Unit, with each Unit consisting of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company for a period of twenty-four (24) months at an exercise price of $0.15 per share. The Private Placement will also consist of 170,000 flow through shares at a price of $0.12 with no Warrant.

The proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for working capital and exploration purposes. The securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
