BRASNOVA ENERGY TERMINATES BRAZILIAN ENERGY MATERIALS PROJECT AGREEMENT

Further to its May 5, 2025, news release, Brasnova Energy Materials Inc. has terminated its agreement to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Bahia manganese project and the Rio Claro titanium project.

The company's resources will continue to be focused on the development of the Capela gold project and the balance of the project portfolio in the Bahia gold belt.
