The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the warrants.

Number of warrants:  2,475,000

Original expiry date of warrants:  June 14, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  June 8, 2028

Exercise price of warrants:  eight cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2,475,000 flow-through shares with 2,475,000 common share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective June 21, 2024.
