Early Warning Report - Sale of Investment Shares

April 2, 2026, Vancouver, BC - Pursuant to the terms of private sale transactions, Mr. Anish Pabari has disposed of direct ownership of 1,600,000 common shares (the "Disposition") of BGX - Black Gold Exploration Corp. ("BGX").

The Disposition was completed through privately negotiated arm's length transactions. Immediately prior to the Disposition, Mr. Pabari held direct ownership of 2,770,000 common shares of BGX, representing approximately 16% of BGX's 17,289,839 issued and outstanding common shares.

Following the Disposition, Mr. Pabari holds 1,170,000 common shares, representing approximately 7% of BGX's 17,289,839 issued and outstanding common shares.

The remaining shares are held for investment purposes. Mr. Pabari may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of BGX or dispose of some or all of their remaining holdings, depending on market conditions and other factors.

Mr. Pabari will file an early warning report (the "Early Warning Report") in accordance with applicable securities laws, in connection with the Disposition. A copy of the Early Warning Report will be available under BGX's SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.
