BATHURST METALS ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO BOARD MEMBERS FOLLOWING THE RESIGNATION OF A LONG TIME BOARD MEMBER
Etienne Gouin-Proulx and Jean-Francois Meilleur have consented to join the board of Bathurst Metals Corp. Long-time director and founder Harold Forzley has resigned from the company after serving over 20 years for the company. Mr. Gouin-Proulx will be filling Mr. Forzley's board position and
also be serving as the interim chief executive officer.
Mr. Meilleur is an additional director, with the company now totalling four directors.
Mr. Gouin-Proulx is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) and professional engineer (PEng) with experience in project evaluation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development. He holds a bachelor of engineering from McGill University, specializing in mining and mineral engineering, and currently serves on the board of directors of Xcite Resources Inc. and Provenance Gold Corp.
Mr. Meilleur graduated from HEC Montreal in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in finance. He is a managing director at P.E. Partners Ltd., a small-cap capital market boutique. In that role, he has worked with dozens of entrepreneurs and junior explorers, including taking on executive and/or directorship roles. He is currently chair of the board of High Tide Resources Corp., chief executive officer and director of Xcite Resources, and vice-president of capital markets of Soma Gold.

years of dedicated service, during which he oversaw the development of an excellent project portfolio.
