BONANZA MINING CORPORATION ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENTS

Bonanza Mining Corp. has negotiated debt settlement agreements with certain insiders and arm's-length creditors, pursuant to which $178,516.81 of indebtedness is to be satisfied by the issuance of 1,785,168 common shares at a deemed price of 10 cents per share, subject to regulatory acceptance.
