Bonanza Mining Corporation Announces Debt Settlements

April 10, 2026 - Vancouver, British Columbia: Bonanza Mining Corporation ("Bonanza") (TSX-V: BNZ) announces that it has negotiated debt settlement agreements with certain insiders and arm's-length creditors pursuant to which $178,516.81 of indebtedness is to be satisfied by the issuance of 1,785,168 common shares at a deemed price of $0.10 per share, subject to regulatory acceptance.
