The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-arm's-length acquisition of six staked mining claims contiguous to the company's Joutel property, located 140 kilometres northwest of Val d'Or, Que., pursuant to the agreement dated Feb. 27, 2026, between the company and a non-arm's-length party vendor.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the property in consideration for the issuance of 750,000 common shares in the capital of the company to the vendor upon closing.
