C$1.3 MILLION IN PROCEEDS RECEIVED BY THE PRECISION PEPTIDE COMPANY FROM WARRANT EXERCISES

The Precision Peptide Company Inc. has received approximately $1.3-million from the exercise of outstanding warrants.

The proceeds strengthen the company's balance sheet and will be used to support the continued development and expansion of its Amino Innovations platform, including product rollout, delivery technology advancement and distribution growth across North America.

BPC is focused on addressing a key limitation within the peptide category: delivery. While demand for peptide-based wellness solutions continues to grow, traditional formats have restricted broader adoption. The company's approach centres on transdermal and oral delivery systems, including its developing peptide patch platform, designed to improve convenience and accessibility.

With products manufactured in an approved United States facility and a growing North American distribution footprint, BPC continues to position itself at the intersection of scientific formulation and scalable consumer wellness.
