BOARDWALKTECH ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED NON-BROKERED OFFERING

Boardwalktech Software Corp. has received a 30-day extension from the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to the duration of its previously announced private placement.

The outside date for the final closing and filing of all final documentation in respect of the offering has been extended until Sept. 26, 2026.

For more information about the offering, please refer to the company's press releases dated July 21, 2026, and Aug. 4, 2026.

The company expects to close a second-tranche offering within the coming weeks, and closing remains subject to the company obtaining all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX-V. The company may pay finders' fees in connection with the offering and in accordance with the policies of the TSX-V.
