CAPREIT ANNOUNCES TIMING OF YEAR END 2025 RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust will issue its financial results for the three months and year ended Dec. 31, 2025, after markets close on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026.

A conference call to discuss the results will be hosted by the Canadian Apartment senior management team on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, at 9 a.m. ET.
