CAPREIT ANNOUNCES TIMING OF FIRST QUARTER 2026 RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Canadian Apartment Properties REIT will issue its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2026, after markets close on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

A conference call to discuss the results will be hosted by the REIT senior management team on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 9 a.m. ET.
