NINEPOINT PARTNERS LP ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGES AND A RISK RATING CHANGE FOR CERTAIN NINEPOINT HIGHSHARES ETFS

Ninepoint Partners LP (the manager) has made name changes for Ninepoint TD HighShares ETF and Ninepoint Royal Bank HighShares ETF and a risk rating change for Ninepoint Cameco HighShares ETF, effective today.

There are no changes to the investment objectives or investment strategies of the ETFs (exchange-traded funds) as a result of the name changes or risk rating change, as applicable. The changes will be reflected in an amendment to the ETFs' prospectus and ETF facts, each of which will be filed with Canadian securities regulators in connection with the ETFs' 2026 ETF facts renewal.

ETF name changes

The name change ETFs will be renamed as shown in the attached table.

The ticker symbols and Cusip numbers for the name change ETFs will remain unchanged.

ETF risk rating change

The manager determines the risk rating for Ninepoint Cameco HighShares ETF in accordance with the methodology required by the Canadian securities regulators. As a result of its annual review of the investment risk level of the ETF, the manager has determined the risk rating change as shown in the attached table.
