Core Critical Metals Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, British Columbia / November 7, 2025 - Core Critical Metals Corp. (the "Company") (TSXV: CCMC), a North American mineral acquisition and exploration company, is pleased to announce the results of voting at its annual general meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders held on Friday, November 7, 2025.

Shareholders voted in favour of all matters of business before the Meeting. Each of those matters is set out in detail in the Management Information Circular published in connection with the Meeting, which is available on the Company's SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.

A total of 1,911,280 common shares, representing approximately 20.65% of the Company's outstanding common shares as at the record date for the Meeting, were voted at the Meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of (a) appointing Horizon Assurance LLP, Chartered Professional Accountant as auditors of the Company (99.99% in favour), (b) setting the number of directors at four (100% in favour), and (c) approving the amended omnibus incentive plan of the Company (100% in favour).

Election of Directors

The following nominees listed in the Management Information Circular were elected as directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until the successors are elected or appointed, with the voting results being as follows:

Richard Paolone did not stand for re-election at the Meeting. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Paolone for his contribution as a member of the board of directors of the Company (the "Board"). Mr. Kwatra has replaced Mr. Paolone as a member of the Board and Audit Committee.

Rishi Kwatra has approximately 30 years of experience with finance and business development. Mr. Kwatra's many roles have included roles in corporate finance, business development, and mergers and acquisitions for several industry leaders. He has been involved in project generation and business development along with evaluating early to advanced stage M&A opportunities in the mining sector. His extensive network of international contacts in the institutional and capital markets also brings strong financial relationships.

Mr. Kwatra has led financings for various public and private issuers. Mr. Kwatra is also a serial entrepreneur and a seasoned investor in real estate. He has studied international trade and business administration in finance at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
