CEMATRIX TO HOST INVESTOR WEBCAST ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2025

Cematrix Corp. will host a webcast investor presentation on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, at 2 p.m. ET.

During the webcast, Randy Boomhour, president and chief executive officer, and Marie-Josee Cantin, chief financial officer, will conduct a presentation that will cover key areas of Cematrix's business. After the formal presentation, investors will have an opportunity to ask relevant questions.
