CARLIN GOLD ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO MANAGEMENT
Carlin Gold Corp. has made the following changes to management, effective Sept. 1, 2026. Dong Shim has been appointed chief financial officer and Marla Ritchie has been appointed corporate secretary. Aris Morfopoulos is resigning as chief financial officer and corporate secretary, effective Aug. 31, 2026, to pursue other opportunities.
Mr. Shim commented: "I am pleased to take on the role of chief financial officer of Carlin and appreciate the opportunity to continue serving the company in this new capacity. Having been involved with Carlin as a director, I look forward to working with the board and management as the company moves forward. I would also like to thank Aris for his many years of service and for the opportunity to have worked closely together over that time."

Granting of options
The company announces that, pursuant to its stock option plan, it has granted an aggregate of 350,000 stock options to purchase 350,000 common shares of the company, exercisable at a price of $1.24 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant (expiring Aug. 31, 2031), to a director and a consultant of the company.
